Nota biografica

Nasce a Düsseldorf in Germania nel 1977 e si trasferisce all'eta' di 9 anni in Italia dove vive fino al 1998. Frequenta il corso DAMS di Bologna per formarsi in Disciplina dell'arte ma scopre ben presto che la sua passione non si ferma alla teoria. Nel 2000 decide quindi di trasferirsi in Olanda ad Enschede per frequentare l'Accademia di Belle Arti "AKI Kunstacademie" dove consegue il titolo di Bachelor of fine Arts con specializzazione in fotografia. Sentendo la mancanza di radici che la tengano ancorata ad un luogo ben preciso, decide di intraprendere diversi viaggi all'estero, in Australia e Nuova Zelanda dove partecipa ad alcune mostre collettive e private. Torna in Italia nel 2010 per continuare la sua ricerca artistica a Firenze seguendo il master di fotografia della LABA Libera Accademia di Belle Arti che conclude con successo conseguendo il titolo di Master di Arti Visive & Fotografia.


Biography

Claudia Supplieth was born in Germany in 1977. In 1986 at the age of nine, she moves to Italy where she lives for 12 years. In 1998 she attends Disciplines of Art, Music and Theatre in Bologna to become an art critic but discovers that her passion is Art and Photography. In 2000 she moves to Enschede in the Netherlands to attend the Art Academy "AKI Kunstacademie" from which she graduates with a "Bachelor of fine Arts" in Photography in 2003. She starts travelling to Australia and New Zealand where she lives for one year and presents her work at group and personal exhibitions. In 2010 she returns to Italy to continue her studies at the Laba "Libera Accademia di Belle Arti" in Florence from which she graduates with a Master of Visual Arts & Photography in June 2011.
